Order a formation package from Inc Authority and your opening twelve months of agent service cost nothing at all. We went looking for the catch the way a rival would.

A setup charge tucked somewhere? None we could find. A term quietly shorter than the advertised twelve months? No. Value clawed back through a neighboring line item? Nothing identifiable. A brand new Louisiana company watching its opening bank balance gets a statutory requirement covered for a year without paying for it. That is good for the buyer, and spinning it would just make this page less credible.

Then the Data Runs Out

Year two has no published figure.

In July 2026 we searched the premium package listings, then the FAQ, then the homepage. No second-year rate turned up in any of the three. The evidence points at a number that appears at checkout or on a phone call, which is a choice somebody made rather than an oversight.
